Unsicher, ob das zu dir passt?
Frag uns, wir beraten dich gern persönlich.
The Giraffen-Journal guides you step by step through Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication process: from evaluation to observation, from feeling to need and onwards to a request that is not a demand. Even if you have no previous experience of NVC, you can follow the individual steps easily and work through them for yourself. The journal helps you clarify accusations and judgements and develop greater empathy, including for yourself.
Each journal comes with a ‘Bedürfniskarte kompakt’, offering overviews of feelings, needs and interpretations to help you get started. The pad contains 50 sheets of white, uncoated 80 gsm paper, glue-bound for regular everyday use: reflecting on, sorting through and clarifying challenging situations.
The illustrations are by certified Swiss NVC trainer Sylvie Hörning and invite you to look more closely at judgemental thoughts and gain new perspectives on your own behaviour or the actions of others.
The Giraffen-Journal is also suitable as a diary during an NVC trainer training programme. You can complete, date and file the individual sheets as required. They can be used in many ways in seminars or practice groups, for example to offer empathetic support for a case study or to deepen your own self-reflection while listening.
