Empathic Times 3/2020: Non-violence in the workplace

Empathische Zeit 3/2020 is our 24th issue and runs to 100 pages. The main theme is NVC in the workplace, with articles from practice and research, including healthcare.

When the death of George Floyd prompted many colleagues to reflect, a second, unplanned focus emerged in the magazine: 18 pages on racism, white privilege and everyday racism.

You will also find the opening instalment of a new series on the most common misconceptions about NVC, an article about the search for joy and happiness, a story about the development of learning materials and a piece on how art and NVC come together.
