And yet, for our team, it was exactly the right illustration for this moving poem by the American Richard Beauvais (1938–2019).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe poem describes community as a mirror in which you, as a human being, are accepted: not as the giant of your dreams, not as the dwarf of your fears, but simply as yourself.
