Empathic Times 4/2019: What is health?

Here is the 21st issue of Empathische Zeit, the world's only magazine combining social change and conflict resolution with Nonviolent Communication. After 2015, we are exploring the subject of health for the second time, this time across 96 pages, making it the most extensive issue of Empathische Zeit to date.

You will read about surviving the medical system, Nonviolent Communication in an osteopathic practice, the phenomenon of hearing voices, trauma and retraumatisation, dialogue with symptoms and the interplay between salutogenesis and neurobiology. Also reprinted is Sarah Peyton's article ‘Zur Gesundheit durch Empathie’ from issue 3/2015, which has lost none of its relevance.
