On the front: illustrations of giraffes in different moods – happy, angry, sad, brave, desperate, proud. On the back, there’s no theory, just short, practical tips for everyday life: what a child needs in that moment, what really helps and what doesn’t, and how you can respond without immediately trying to make the feeling go away.
