Life Cards

Barbara Völkner's life cards are a box with 72 encouraging, inspiring texts accompanied by naive, heartfelt images. They are well suited for topics such as self-esteem, self-care and dealing with old beliefs, whether you use them for yourself, in coaching or in a seminar.

They were created from the artist's own therapeutic process. Barbara Völkner discovered how much her attitude to life was influenced by negative beliefs and began writing new statements on index cards. Over time, these notes became the magical little cards that come together in the box today.

Barbara Völkner herself suggests giving the cards as a gift to relatives, carrying them in a self-help kit or wallet and using them to activate your self-healing powers. They are also suitable for individual therapy and group work, as a therapy game, for laying out and choosing or simply as a valuable appointment sheet in everyday life.
