The Advanced Workbook on Non-Violent Communication

Following Das Lieblings-Übungsbuch, this is the second volume in the NVC exercise-book series, compiled by Jens Neumann of Mut-Fabrik in Leipzig. A substantial book of 238 pages, it is intended for trainers, people who lead practice groups and anyone wishing to deepen their own knowledge of NVC.

Eight thematic sections bring together exercises and ideas, including: NVC for the mind, which is about discovering, understanding and using your own patterns of thought. NVC and the body, where needs become tangible. NVC for the soul, with connection and the joy of meeting. Integral NVC, which speaks to people at different levels of consciousness. And NVC and play, where you create connection through play.

Jens Neumann is a CNVC-certified trainer and describes the book as a way of sharing his own pilgrimage through NVC. It began with learning from as many NVC trainers as possible and continued with the discovery of other methods that he combines with NVC at Mut-Fabrik: Integral Theory, The Work, Gestalt therapy, body therapy and Holistic Bodywork. His invitation to you is to let the exercises ‘be play and use them to create something of your own’.
