Thirty NVC trainers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Denmark have recorded their favourite exercises in this book. They were invited by Jens Neumann, a certified NVC trainer from Leipzig, who compiled the book as editor and co-author.

It contains more than 100 exercises, inspirations and games: for self-empathy, process facilitation, mediation and working with groups. Some are intended for adults, while others are suitable for working with children.

Contributors include Simone Anliker, Dagmar Bellen, Liane Faust, Esther A. Gerdts, Katalin Giesswein, Sven Hartenstein, Georgis Heintz, Johannes Henn, Marion Müller, Gabriele Reinwald, Jochen Hiester and Mariane Sikor. Each of them brings their own way of living Nonviolent Communication. That is precisely the purpose of the book: to make the diversity of NVC visible in one place rather than presenting a single school of thought.

Self-published by Mut-Fabrik and printed by Sedruck KG in Leipzig. Paperback, 262 pages.

We also stock Jens Neumann's ‘Das Vertiefungs-Übungsbuch Gewaltfreie Kommunikation’, the second volume in the series, his ‘Bedürfnis-ABC’ and his bestseller ‘Reisebegleitung statt Erziehung’.
